Following an apprenticeship in Accounting at The Bank Of England our Managing Director Paul Ward has spent the last 30 years in Sales and Sales Management.

After a fantastic period of Sales and Management training with blue chip companies such as United Biscuits, Paul developed a successful career in food sales.

Fifteen years ago he joined the Professional Hair Industry with Goldwell Hair Cosmetics, winning Sales Manager of the Year in 2001.

Since then Paul has been part of the Management Team that took TIGI to the most successful professional retail brand in the UK.

He then took Sexy Hair from a fledgeling brand to a well established one in just 3 years.

Paul has been a Director at MAC Professional Haircare for 2 years, more than doubling their turnover in that period.

During this time Paul has worked with many of the major companies in the Industry as well as key salon groups such as Toni & Guy, RUSH and Sanrizz.

He continues to be a Director at MAC Professional, but is now using his experience to assist other companies to develop their business.
